You should be receiving your Ballot shortly. Your Ballot package will include the following documents: (1) Ballot; (2) Ballot Secrecy Envelope; (3) Declaration Form; (4) Postage paid Election Return Envelope.

Complete the Ballot and insert it into the Ballot Secrecy Envelope ensuring your Constituency ID on the Ballot matches the Constituency ID on the Ballot Secrecy Envelope.

Sign and detach the Declaration Form.

Photocopy one or more pieces of identification that, taken together, provide your photo, name and current address.

Insert the Ballot Secrecy Envelope, the signed Declaration Form, the photocopy of your ID into the Election Return Envelope. 

Mail the Election Return Envelope to MNP LLP in advance of the April 22nd deadline.

YOUR BALLOT MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5:00 P.M. ON APRIL 22, 2025.

In addition to mailing in your Ballot, you may drop it off in the secure ballot box located at the locations listed below:

Please do not mail your Ballot to the Brandon MNP LLP location.

Voters must provide official identification that individually or together provides their photo, name and current address. 

Option 1: A photocopy of one piece of government issued ID that provides your photo, name and current address, such as a Driver's Licence or a Provincial ID Card.

Option 2: Photocopies of two pieces of ID -- one that includes your name and photo and the other that includes your name and address.

Acceptable identification includes:

- Permanent Resident Card;
- Health Card;
- Student ID Card;
- Firearms Licence;
- Passport; or
- Other identification issued by the Government of Canada or Government of Manitoba, or identification that is accepted by Elections Manitoba, and identified below:
